With over 16 years experience in the home lending business, Kevin Nunn specializes in identifying mortgage programs and instruments that are tailored to the individual needs of each client.  With an in-depth knowledge of the full range of both government and private lending programs available, Kevin has the information and know-how to design financing strategies that few others can. He believes that a mortgage should be looked at as just one component of a families financial planning. He identifies the financing strategy that best compliments their overall plans and goals.

Kevin is especially proud of the high number of first time home buyers he has helped. He is an advocate for home buyers and constantly strives to create further opportunities for people to enjoy home ownership. He is currently serving as the Vice-Chair of the Sacramento Association of Realtors Housing Opportunity Committee and was recognized by the Association last year for his contributions to the industry. They presented him with the Outstanding Association Activities Award for 2008. He is often consulted by housing agencies to assist in creating and explaining home buyer programs and to assist them in effectively integrating their programs with those of other agencies. He has given many presentations to the Realtors and other loan officers to explain and promote the utilization of these often very complicated programs that are so beneficial to the public and so under utilized due to their complexities. He is regularly approached to speak on radio programs to educate the public on these special loan program opportunities.

Kevin is well-respected in the Real estate community and is known for his solid advice — even when it means telling a client that not buying a house immediately but waiting until they have all their finances in order would be the prudent decision for them. He has always approached his business as a professional advisor and not as a salesman. Like an attorney, Kevin feels that it is his responsibility to study and master the guidelines so that he is able to draw on rules that are often very obscure to benefit his clients. Like a doctor, he feels that it is crucial to continue studying and keeping up on all of the latest developments and changes. Like a CPA, he believes that home financing is just one component of an overall financial plan and all aspects should be considered. Sometimes refinancing a house may make sense on it’s own but it may not when considering the whole picture.

Knowledge, Competence and Integrity are the three platforms that have formed the foundation to his business and he attributes his success to his commitment to these fundamental principals.”
